Wow, no blue!
Anyway, I adopted an orca named Wavewalker last month, he lives in L pod and is animal number 88. He's 13 years old and an uncle of two. His mother's name is Grace and one of his three siblings is already dead. They sent me all this nice stuff about him and a family tree and a book and some pictures of his saddle patch (which is different on each side!) and some stickers and a poster for my donation. It was really cool.
I'm also really excited because I got an email for an interview for a position at Long Marine Lab working in the marine mammal area which means working with dolphins sealions seals otters and parrots, whoo! Wish me luck. I was all freaking out because I wasn't getting a call but then found out that I'd had an email from the since Wednesday and just hadn't checked. Go figure!
